Common questions
How quickly do you respond?
We aim to reply to all WhatsApp messages and emails within 24 hours. During peak season (January-February and July-October) we typically respond within a few hours. WhatsApp is always the fastest channel.
Do you offer custom itineraries?
Yes. All our packages can be tailored - different route combinations, extra acclimatisation days, private guiding, or add-ons such as safaris from Nanyuki. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll build an itinerary around it.
What is the minimum group size?
We guide solo trekkers. There is no minimum group size. Solo trekkers pay slightly more per person because guide and porter costs are fixed - but we will always find a way to make it work.
