Sirimon Gate→Old Moses Camp
9 km+1050 m4–5 hrsSleep: 3,300 mEnter at Sirimon Gate (2,650 m) and follow the track through montane forest and bamboo into open moorland. Old Moses Camp sits at 3,300 m.

Old Moses Camp→Shipton's Camp
12 km+900 m5–6 hrsSleep: 4,200 mA long moorland traverse through giant heather and into the alpine zone. Shipton's Camp (4,200 m) sits directly below Nelion and Batian.

Shipton's Camp→Shipton's Camp (acclimatisation)
6 km+400 m3–4 hrsSleep: 4,200 mAcclimatisation hike to Kami Hut or the false summit of Lenana (~4,600 m). Return to Shipton's to sleep.

Shipton's Camp→Point Lenana → Old Moses Camp
18 km+785 m-1735 m8–10 hrsSleep: 3,300 mPre-dawn start (03:00–04:00) to reach the summit ridge at sunrise. Summit Point Lenana (4,985 m), then descend via Sirimon valley to Old Moses Camp.
