- Day 1 ·
Sirimon Gate→Old Moses Camp
9 km+550 m3–4 hrsSleep: 3,200 mEarly morning pickup from Nanyuki, enter Sirimon Gate (2,650 m) and trek through tropical woodland and open heath to Old Moses Camp (3,200 m).

Old Moses Camp→Likii North Hut
10 km+400 m4–5 hrsSleep: 3,600 mMoorland traverse with open valley views. Acclimatisation walk included. Likii North Hut sits at 3,600 m with clear sight lines to the peaks.

Likii North Hut→Shipton's Camp
10 km+600 m5–6 hrsSleep: 4,200 mSteep climb through giant groundsel and senecio to Shipton's Camp (4,200 m). Afternoon optional hike towards Kami Hut for further acclimatisation.

Shipton's Camp→Point Lenana → Met Station
15 km+785 m-1935 m8–10 hrsSleep: 3,050 mPre-dawn start (02:30) for the summit. Scree and rock scramble to Point Lenana (4,985 m). Sunrise panorama then descend west via the American Camp track, crossing the vertical bog, to the Meteorological Station (3,050 m).

9 km-400 m2–3 hrsFinal descent through bamboo forest to Naro Moru Gate (2,650 m). Transfer to Nanyuki or Nairobi.
